ADVANCED TICKETING
Advanced tickets are $35 Sunday through Thursday and $40 Friday and Saturday. To purchase a ticket, click on the event you wish to attend and press the “Buy Tickets” button. Smalls sells 50 advanced tickets per show and Mezzrow sells 40 advanced tickets per show. After you purchase your tickets, please look for your confirmation email. This email will have your confirmation number and the name of your party. Your name will be at the door when you arrive, but please also have your confirmation email with you.
We have a NO REFUND POLICY. You must use the tickets you’ve purchased they cannot be refunded. We may allow exchanges for a different show on our calendar (1 change per reservation). All requests of reservation modifications are to be made up to 24 hours prior to the event date. Requests for reservation changes made less than 24 hours prior to the event date cannot be accommodated. For all ticket exchanges please email: reservations@smallslive.com

PLEASE NOTE: your ticket guarantees you entrance, but choice of seats is first come/first served, so please be on-time for seating. Seating for each show begins approximately 30 minutes before the set begins. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the set and join the advanced ticket line.
PLEASE NOTE: once the set has begun, we reserve the right to fill the seats of ticket holders who have not arrived. If you arrive late, you will have the option to be seated on the following set, or to be seated at the other club if possible.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a required one-drink minimum per person, per set. It is also customary to leave a gratuity for the bar staff.
WALK-IN TICKETS
Walk-in tickets are available at the door for $25. When advanced tickets are sold out, walk-in tickets are available in very limited numbers. On sold out shows, there is also a standby line for cancellations or no shows.
STUDENT TICKETS AND FREE EVENTS
The Student Ticket Price is $10 and is applicable for the 12AM Set only, Sun-Thur. There is no student discount on the weekends. There is no cover-charge after 1:00AM. We also have afternoon jam sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday that are free to the public. Wizards, Angels and Holy-People are always free to enter at any time.

How do I get there?
Smalls is located on 183 West 10th Street (basement). Mezzrow is located on 163 West 10th Street (basement). We are close to the Christopher Street subway station and the West 4th Street subway station. -
What is the difference between Smalls and Mezzrow?
Both clubs present New York City's best jazz musicians seven nights a week. Smalls tends to feature larger ensembles often with horn players. Mezzrow is a more intimate environment with table seating. The bookings at Mezzrow tend to feature smaller ensembles led by pianists, guitarists, and vocalists. We encourage you to visit both clubs and check our calendar for more information on the ensembles performing. -
Do you have a dress code?
We do not have a dress code. -
Are the clubs wheelchair accessible?
Both Smalls and Mezzrow are in the basements of landmark buildings in Greenwich Village and are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. We have a steep staircase at the entrance of both clubs. -
Can I take photographs/videos during the show?
We do not restrict photos or videos. Using flash photography is not permitted. We cannot allow photography/videography which is a disruption to musicians or audience members. Video taping entire performances is not permitted. -
Do you serve food?
We offer a limited selection of bar snacks. We do not serve dinner or have a kitchen. -
Do you have an age restriction?
While we welcome all ages to both Smalls and Mezzrow, we do not recommend bringing very young children. IDs will be checked at our bars if you are ordering alcohol. -
Do you have a drink minimum?
Yes. We require the purchase of one drink per person, per set. We have a full bar as well as non-alcoholic options. -
How long are the sets?
Approximately one hour long. -
Do you have jam sessions?
Smalls has jam sessions every night beginning at 1:00am until close. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we have afternoon jam sessions starting at 2:00pm. Jam sessions are open to all musicians and have no cover charge. There is still a one drink minimum.
Mezzrow has a Polite Vocal Jam session every Sunday starting at midnight. This is a vocalist friendly session open to all musicians.

How do I buy advanced tickets?

Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes, but we recommend buying advanced tickets to guarantee your spot. Walk-in tickets are available in limited numbers depending on the show. -
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the show. If you reserved a ticket, you are guaranteed a seat for the show. Patrons will be seated first come, first served. If you arrive after the set begins, you may not have seating or be admitted into the club. -
I purchased tickets but can no longer attend?
We are unable to refund tickets after purchase. We can exchange for another date if the request is made at least 24 hours before the day of the performance. -
Do you offer student discounts?
We offer a student discount for the 12:00am set Sunday to Thursday. The student ticket price is $10. There is no student discount on the weekends. Student tickets are only available at the door and cannot be reserved in advance. -
Do you offer group discounts?
We do not. -
We are a large group with advanced tickets. Can we be seated together?
While our staff will do their best to accommodate your seating requests, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance time. -
